Where are you located?
We operate in  Montego Bay, Jamaica and South Florida 
Do you have a physical store?
No physical location as yet but we take orders and offer delivery services or allow you to pick up on the day needed.
Do you deliver to other parishes in Jamaica?
Yes we do. Depending on the service you need as well, we may can send your cake with a courier. However, only certain cakes and pastries are eligible for sending. If we deliver your cakes you will be charged the full delivery cost to your location given we are available.
Why is my deposit non-refundable?
Only 50% of your order total if payed is non refundable. This is so as we would have started gathering the products for your order once payment is received.
When should we place an order?
We always recommend that you place your orders at-least 1 month ahead of time so you can secure you space. Many of our clients likes to secure even earlier, especially if their event falls on peak months such as December or holidays and weekends.
How can I secure my space without making a deposit?
All orders are secured with an invoice. If a payment is not made within 10 days before needing the cake, we cannot then guarantee we will still have your space available. For wedding cakes, deposits are required 6 weeks before to secure date.
