Refund policy

 

• Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded in full within 7 Days of the event
• All cancellation refunds are subjected to a 50% fee: Tek 'A' Bite will retain 50% of the price of the cake to cover costs incurred to initiate your order.
• You may make any changes that you wish to your order before 7 days prior to the pick up time on your written order form. We cannot guarantee any changes to size, flavors, or design will be available if changes are not made within that time frame. We are always happy to add cupcakes to orders in the event that you may need to serve more guests.
• Changes maybe made to wedding cake flavors, serving counts, and design until 30 days before your wedding date. At that time, your order must be finalized, no changes to serving count, flavors or design after the 30 day point.
