Pick up /delivery Agreement
  • If upon delivery or picking up your cake and the cake is damaged we will offer you refund in store credits not exceeding 50% of original purchase. You will be sent to your email, store credits, to add to your next purchase.
  • If payments were not made in full, the balance must be paid before we hand you your cake. Payments do not have to be reflecting the same time, but as long as it is initiated you are good to go.
Pick up/ Delivery Disclaimer.
  • Once you have received your cake, we are not liable or responsible for it after. Therefore, no refunds will be given in the case of the cake being damaged in your care. We provide  TIPS  on how to travel with and store your cakes. Please be aware that cakes are fragile and break easily, drive and travel carefully and slowly. Always travel with your cake on a flat surface, preferably the floor of the vehicle.
  • Refunds are only available in store credits.
  • No refunds will be given to orders cancelled 2 days before originally needed.
Payments
  • All cakes are due prior to pick up/delivery day.
  • 50% non-refundable deposit 10 days or more is needed to initiate order. The rest should be paid on or before pickup/delivery day
  • An express service charge not limited to JMD$1,500 will be charged on orders placed 7 or less days before needed. This can be waived by management depending on the intricacy of the order.
  • All wedding cake deposits are due 6 weeks before wedding date. Payments should be fully completed at least 3 days before wedding day.
